CareRx downloads your dispensed prescriptions from ΗΔΙΚΑ by itself every hour and turns them into lists you can act on: which customer to call, which regular customers are coming less often, what each fund accounts for.

How it works
- Every hour, 07:00 to 23:00
- The download from ΗΔΙΚΑ runs by itself. You open the app and the numbers are already there.
- 36 months of history
- From day one you see three years back. For the two pharmacies that connected in October, it was ready in under three and a half hours.
- No day is left half done
- If a day did not come down in full, it is asked for again at the next download, however long ago it was.
- Contact stays yours
- Calls, texts and emails open from your own device. We send nothing to your customers.
- Read only
- The ΗΔΙΚΑ connection can only read. Your prescriptions stay exactly as you dispensed them.
- Next to your counter software
- You keep your system. CareRx works alongside it and does not replace it.
