- It starts on its own as soon as ΗΔΙΚΑ accepts your credentials. For the two pharmacies that connected in October, all three years were ready in under three and a half hours.

04Confidentiality
One pharmacy never sees another.
You trust us with your business data. These hold from the first day.
- Read-only access to ΗΔΙΚΑ
- The connection can only read. Your prescriptions stay exactly as you dispensed them.
- Encrypted credentials
- Your access credentials are stored encrypted with AES‑256‑GCM.
- Hosted in the European Union
- The database and servers run in Frankfurt.
- Written into the contract
- Everything we do with the data is stated in your contract before you start.

05Questions
What owners ask before they start.
These answers state only what holds today. For anything missing, write to us.
- Do I have to change my pharmacy software?
- No. The apps work alongside your counter software and open in the browser. There is nothing to install.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From your pharmacy's dispensed prescriptions in ΗΔΙΚΑ, Greece's e-prescription system, using your own credentials. The connection can only read.
- How fresh are they?
- Downloads run every hour from 07:00 to 23:00. During the day, the numbers are at most an hour behind ΗΔΙΚΑ.
- What if a download doesn't finish?
- A day that didn't come down in full is asked for again at the next download, however long ago it was. No gaps you don't know about.
- I have more than one pharmacy. Can I see them together?
- Yes. CareRx shows each pharmacy on its own and your whole group together, and your colleagues sign in with their own accounts, by invitation.
- What counts as a regular customer?
- A customer on chronic therapy in at least 9 of the last 12 months, with at least 10 visits. Every metric has a written definition like this one, so you can check it yourself.
- Who sees my pharmacy's data?
- Your pharmacy. One pharmacy never sees another, and everything we do with the data is stated in your contract before you start.
- What does VeritasRx check?
- It places the prescription scan beside the ΗΔΙΚΑ document and shows where they differ: the prescription and the patient, the medicine and the quantity, the amounts, approvals and documents, the signature and the coupons. It calls a prescription right or wrong only when it is certain; otherwise it tells you what to look at, and you decide. It is in alpha, with the first pharmacies.
